DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! Unless you want hard as a rock chicken and brown chips and cold food!!! I was told to wait and park my car, I waited 5-10 mins... what for? cold food? Because none of that was fresh!! The chicken was so hard it hurt to bite into it! It's like it had been sitting in the heater all day... the thing that annoyed me the most was my boyfriends burger was literally slapped together! I've been here a few times and NEVER once had a good experience... I'm surprised it's still open!

Very disappointed. Poor service. Was there more than half an hour to take the order. Very bad smelly dirty. Staff not efficient. Working for the sake of working. Never come back to this place again.

Last weekend I ordered food from here and I want to share my bad experience. First of all, they should change their cooking oil, as fresh oil should be used every day. The chips were very dry and tasted old. Even after asking for fresh fries and waiting a long time, they gave me the same ones again. When I told them these were the same chips, the staff member insisted they were fresh and was very rude. I was extremely disappointed.Will never go back there .

The worst KFC in Melbourne. Lettuce was horrible in Zinger burger. Looked doggy Old AND GREY. My daughter was disgusted and when I saw it I felt sick. IT looked like someone vomited lettuce into it. She didn't eat it. I would appreciate if KFC could bring it to expected Australian standards. Chicken is never as cranchy as it should be. Probably sitting there waiting to be used for too long and lettuce is often old looking, but this time it was something else! Food made without love and care. Please fix it. Call Mentone KFC and learb from them - always a pleasure to buy from there. Why Dandenong management doesn't care I don't understand!
