1000/10 Fratelli hosted our intimate wedding reception and from beginning until end they were the best to deal with! Michael was incredibly responsive and helped us achieve our dream day. The food is 10/10! So fresh! And great portions. Service was impeccable and fast and the atmosphere was more than what we could have asked for. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and we love the outdoor dining space. All of our guests said they’d be back to dine again

Nice to see that it was owned by an actual Italian! Food was pretty good. Good sized meals. We arrived during happy hour but only just so had to make the most of it. Kids meals were large. Daniel Arzani made the kids massive ice creams. Thanks Menu was huge. Boy demolished his margarita pizza. Over all quite impressed. Were happy to modify meals according to individual tastes. Grazie mille

I just want to tell people when dining to this restaurant to check their invoice before paying as I went on the 6th of January to have lunch. There were two of us. We placed our order. We only got food to eat but NO desserts. I went to pay and was quoted an extra $22 on-top of my meal price. Lucky he printed the receipt before I payed and saw I was charged for dessert & we didn't order it. Instead of apologising for the mistake the staff member said "for the desert to be on the invoice you definitely ordered it" I told him I know what I ordered and we didn't order dessert. Lucky the person behind me heared the conversation and told the staff member that they ordered dessert and they were waiting in line to pay for it. Not great customer service. If I actually ate dessert I would have been more than happy to pay for it. I think his Staff need to be restrained on how to enter things correctly so a repeat of this incident doesn't happen again. I wasn't happy that I was accused of something that I didn't do. Not coming back in a hurry.

I’ve been to Fratelli many times and usually love it, but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb shank, and what I got was grey, chewy, and completely unappealing—no sear, no flavour. I couldn’t eat it and let the waitress know. She offered to replace it, (after I’d eaten the vegetables) which I declined as I was put off by what I was served - but there was no follow-up from the manager and no gesture like a discount. Going out is a treat these days, and this was really disheartening .

Can not get a pizza cut normally to save a life , quality has also changed. We asked multiple times for this to be cut like a normal pizza (as we always ask and never get it) but when it’s 4pm and there’s no other orders it’s just a lack of care. I can get a $20 garlic pizza elsewhere!
