Expensive cafe and poor parking design. Park at your own risk! This business calls out to the council to enforce parking rules. Stopped here for a quick lunch and received an infringement for permit parking at a PETROL station. This is a missed opportunity for BP as the site is located in a huge corner lot with possibilities of better traffic entrance and exits but the current setup is tight and unintuitive.

Stopped at BP on Scanlon Drive, Epping, and they refused to honour their own advertised discount on coffee. When I asked, they said it’s a “private BP” and the offer doesn’t apply there. That’s misleading, if it’s branded BP, customers expect BP policies to be honoured. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Went for a shower this morning and no hot water. Told the console operator and she offered to give me another key. I explained a few times that it won't help as no hot water is no hot water to all showers. Great start to the day. Not.

Yeah food service and comfort, parking, variety friendly staff, washing machine/ dryer. Weigh bridge every thing ya need to get ya threw even some spare parts. Love the convenience of being able to pay for diesel at a separate counter really saves time. Top notch👍

Nice enough service from most of the staff. However they always seem to run out of the Southern style chicken bites that they always advertise. They refuse to make more whenever I ask. So I’m feeling a bit disappointed.
