I walked into this Starbucks and stood at the counter for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. It felt like everyone saw me, but no one actually came over to help. When I finally placed my order, the wait was still really long. And after all that, they didn’t even complete my drink properly — they forgot the crunchy toffee bits on top, which is literally the whole point of the Frappuccino. Really disappointing experience overall. I hope the store improves their service and attention to detail because this wasn’t it.

Just chatting around and not serving customers.
Only came here cause friends wanted to visit.

First impressions the place is modern, clean and presentable.
On a 27° day I wish I brought a jumper. The place was freezing.
Donut was stale. My husbands order was stuffed up. Bathroom had no toilet paper.
Starbucks lived up to their reputation - Coffee was great. However not worth the 30min drive. Next time I will go to a different Starbucks.

Terrible Coffee, never in my life have I ever had something that tasted so chemically made. Went through drive thru expected to have to wait but not as long as I did, 30 minutes for a disappointing Coffee. Next time I will go to Maccas, they can at least get it right, quicker and cheaper!

Everything we had tasted burnt. Coffee hot chocolate and muffin. No marshmallows in hc so went and asked, apparently dispenser was empty so it was too much effort to refill !
There were as many staff as customers in the place but still took 10mins for the order.
Floor in need of at least a sweep, lots of crumbs and even spiderwebs
