This has to be one of the worst KFC outlets in Melbourne. The chips are definitely the worst, dry and over cooked...consistently. Not sure if there's something wrong with their fryer. KFC in Chirnside Park has perfect chips. I bought some tenders there a couple of months and took them home to eat. They were literally like rubber. They'd obviously been reheated in a microwave for too long. I couldn't be bothered going back there. Many times they've run out of items. I've given up and I really don't know how this outlet still keeps it's franchise license. I avoid it like the plague now, even though it's conveniently on the way home.

I ordered 4 peices of chicken and large potato and gravy, but l only received 2 peices of chicken, when l advised the staff of this, l was given another 4 peices of chicken, so l was a very satisfied customer

I ordered the Mega Burger Feast mainly because it included Tenders – my daughter’s absolute favourite. We chose this meal specifically so she could enjoy them right then. When the delivery arrived, the Tenders were missing. She was so upset and disappointed, as we had been looking forward to this moment. I immediately called KFC Ringwood, expecting they would send the missing item or give a refund. Instead, I was told they “can’t” do either, and that I should “come to the shop next time and we’ll give you six Tenders.” But I wanted them for that time – what value do they have later? The whole point was to enjoy them with our meal, not on some future visit. I understand mistakes can happen, and I have no problem with staff making an honest error – what matters is how the manager handles it. If I were the manager, and a customer told me their child only liked that part of the order, I would have made sure it was sent straight away. I paid for a complete order and didn’t receive it. Very poor customer service – I hope KFC can handle missing items in a more professional and fair way in the future.

Ordered the new slab meal and ask for extra sauce. The sauce barely covered a quarter of the slab of rolls and you get more popcorn chicken in a snack pack than you do in this product. Really poor food. Have shared picture with kfc and still no response. Won't let me add pictures of how bad the food was sorry.

Basically standard KFC experience, but no problem whatsoever. As I don't eat chicken, hot chips dipped in mashed potato & Gravy is Gold to me ~ Yummy.
