Good donuts but just be mindful if you buy later in the day there are very limited selections. If you want broad selection go earlier in the day. 12 pack for $44 is a bit much, $35-40 would be more reasonable

Sent some Daniel's Donuts as a gift through Uber Eats. They arrived in pre-packaged plastic and had been frozen and then thawed (which is on the label). The use by date was the same day. Despite the claims of being baked and sold the same day they're selling pre-packaged frozen donuts that are a mess by the time they arrive. First time and last time. Given it was a gift it just made it even more disappointing.

Amazing service and staff, very helpful. But their Donuts aren't as good as getting them from the main shops. It's something that should be bought and had pretty much straight away.

The shop has so many kind of donuts, i like the chocholate donut. However, the donut is not as nice as crispy cream donut.. perhaps a bit too tick and not criped enough. The staffs need a training with Smile please. It is locates on Burwood One shopping centre, so it has plenty of parking. Overall, i wont buy again unless it is urgent.

I visited Daniel’s Donuts today and found the doughnuts to be fairly average compared to other places. The customer service wasn’t the strongest either. The staff member serving me didn’t seem very approachable and there was no greeting or smile, which made the experience feel a little flat. I had placed my order using their self-serve station, but the staff member didn’t seem to notice I’d ordered until I let her know I was waiting on a coffee. Overall, it wasn’t the best visit and I don’t feel inclined to return anytime soon.
