This is my must go to spot when I go to Springvale. A place for any durian fan who love having the real deal durian in their desserts. Even though the bakery may appear just like other bakeries, the cakes are at a whole different level.
The durian chiffon cake is a signature cake for this bakery. Light, fluffy and the right amount of durian for the cake. It is not too sweet either. You have the choice of getting slices or a whole cake. For those who order a whole cake, it is possible to choose the type of durian (there are a few varieties available at different pricing) and also the choice to have extra amounts of durian (additional cost).
It can get quite busy during the weekends but so well worth the wait. The staff are always lovely and thoughtful. Definitely worth a visit.

cream was not fresh as expected, given that I have checked the expiry date on the label where there was not any date well written (as in the picture) to advise me or any customers that the product is still valid for consumption. Besides, there was a minimum of durian filling as well.

The cakes come in various sizes, but design choices are a bit limited, focusing more on classic styles.It is on the pricier side, but considering the use of fresh durian and the quality, it’s definitely worth it for a special occasion.
