I recently ordered a birthday cake from Nanak Eggless Cakes & Bakery in Cranbourne, and overall, I was really pleased! The cake was beautifully crafted, with stunning decorations and attention to detail that truly made it feel special. The texture was soft and moist, and the flavor was spot on—not overly sweet, which was perfect for our taste. The staff at Nanak Bakery were friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process, patiently discussing customization options and ensuring the cake was exactly what we envisioned. Nanak bakery baked this cake for me on my birthday. They did amazing job. The cake was not only looks beautiful it was so delicious as well. I always order from them and they make our occasion even more special by customising the cakes according to my choice. Any one looking for elegance and taste , I highly recommend them as their quality, quantity and prices are good with beautifully designed cakes.

I ordered my engagement cake from this bakery. What i got was absolutely not what I ordered. I gave them an inspiration photo(below), the only changes I requested was macarons instead of flowers but the same colour and gold drip instead of gold foil. What i got was white macarons, yellow drip and yellow icing, and random letters on the base board (photo below). At pickup (my friend was picking up), when i saw a photo of the cake, I spoke to them and mentioned that the brief wasn't followed, expectedly, they did not admit their mistake, tried to convince me the yellow is actually gold. Their solution to the white macarons was to sprinkle some pink dust on it. My friend waited 40 minutes and was being ignored by the worker there, I finally called the contact number i had and they said well she just has to wait. Additionally, I asked what kind of pink is it, I didn't want hot pink macarons, the response I got was I don't know, it is what it is. There was no communication on what was taking so long, how much longer it would take, i was actually told it'd be 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later, absolutely nothing was done and I had no choice but to take the cake as it is as this was just getting insane. To top all of this off, the cake did not taste like the flavour i had ordered (rasmalai). What's also not visible in the photo, is that the cake was cracked on one side, that my friend unfortunately didn't catch as cake was faced the other way. Clearly, I would definitely not recommend this place.
