By far the worst carls jr I have been to , no one was at the counter we waited 3 minutes for somebody to come and serve us after ringing the bell numerous times then waited 8 minutes for this quick slapped together burger that was made with no love at all , very dissatisfied and will not be back again

If you’ve read my previous reviews, you’ll know just how much I love hamburgers! Hamburgers are one of my favorite meals, and I’ve tried plenty over the years—so I know my stuff!
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about Carl’s Jr. and was shocked when some locations closed down. But honestly, as a burger lover, I can say Carl’s Jr. consistently delivers fantastic burgers.
The service at the Lyndhurst location is outstanding—always friendly, quick, and welcoming. There’s one lady (I think she might be the manager) who always goes above and beyond with her greetings.
The burgers are always fresh and made with top-quality ingredients. I alternate between the Angus Burgers and Chargrilled Burgers. Yesterday, I tried the XL Loaded California Burger, and it was amazing—freshly made and absolutely mouthwatering. Each bite left me wanting more! It reminded me of a Whopper but was 1,000 times better and more flavorful.
I also ordered onion rings and jalapeño poppers. Both were cooked to perfection—you could tell the oil was fresh, and they were made with care. The jalapeño poppers, in particular, were a standout.
To top it off, I got the ranch dressing, which was hands down the best ranch I’ve ever had. Carl’s Jr. should consider selling it in bottles!
Price-wise, Carl’s Jr. is on par with Hungry Jack’s and McDonald’s, but the burgers are far superior. I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t choose Carl’s Jr. over the others.
I go to the Lyndhurst location every fortnight and love their Star Rewards program. Highly recommend if you’re craving a quick, quality hamburger on the go!

Excellent quality! Our burgers were juicy, crispy pieces (not shredded) lettuce! Delicious non greasy chips, perfect seasoning and best chocolate sundae

Always a great treat to have and we were very happy when they reopened but it won't last long again if you just slap the burgers together with no care like we received tonight. Burgers looked nothing like expected. If you want customers to return I would look into delivering better food vs expectations.
