Ordered a Black Forest cake for pick up online for Sunday 10th August at 12pm
We came to collect the cake at 2pm and was told it’s not ready and it’ll take 15-20 mins wait, which was time we did not have hence why we requested it be ready by 12pm
Staff asked us to pick the eggless option which we didn’t want to begin with.
Came back at 2:30 and still had to wait ANOTHER 15mins in store, no apology or explanation given as to why our order that was prepaid in full was not ready.
The only reason I’m giving 3/5 stars is because 2.5 isn’t an option and the cake was nicely done and tasted as it should however service is here terrible and the cake alone is not good enough to return

My partner ordered the cake jar yesterday on doordash however we received expired product with mould. Very poor experience and had to throw away the food.

The cake looked stunning and was lovely to eat.

Very poor experience. I was sold a slice of cake that was clearly not fresh and tasted bad. When I returned to request a replacement, the manager treated me disrespectfully, insisting the cake was fine even though she did not taste it herself.
She then questioned what she was supposed to do with the cake, which is not the customer’s problem. I expected basic respect and professionalism, especially from management.
Serious concerns about food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Not recommended.

The ladies serving in this shop are very rude and not customer-friendly at all. They seem more focused on getting customers out quickly than providing proper service or accurate information. In particular, the short lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other cake shops around where customers are treated with respect — I don’t see any reason to buy a cake from here.
