I was extremely shocked to learn Sunbury had one of these stores. I used to buy their pies all the time when I lived closer to the city. The pies and cakes served by this store are second to none, and the staff at the Sunbury location were so lovely to deal with. Recommend this place fully to anyone that loves a good pie!

We ordered a birthday cake from FP Sunbury.
It was delicious! So well made.
We also come in occasionally for coffee and cake. The food is great and the staff are very friendly

AVOID if you have food allergies.
Purchased an egg and lettuce sandwich to take back for lunch. Bit into the sandwich and realised it had chicken in it.
Walked 10mins back to the store to return it and let them know of their serious QC issue.
They didn't seem to care and tried to tell me it was just an egg and lettuce sandwich.
They were unable to put the money back on my card which I had paid with, because they apparently don't know the pin code for their eftpos machine. I was given a bunch of coins.
Will NEVER shop here again.

LOOOOVED my experience on Sat 18 oct 2025. Maddison and Mackenzie were so friendly and wonderful! Great coffee and lemon meringue pies!

Went in today at around 10:20; 3 workers making coffee. No attention paid towards myself or other customers waiting at front service desk, no acknowledgement or anyone walking over to front counter. Poor customer service, won't be going in again.
