I’m a regular customer. Not sure what’s going on here, but they’re now skimping on the quantity of their ingredients. I’m not imagining that their cinnamon buns are definitely smaller and the amount of icing they put on their Boston buns is very minimal. I now go to the Vermont store. Their cinnamon buns are definitely bigger (how they used to be at Heathmont) and the quantity of icing on their Boston buns is how it should be. Shame..because the service is great.

I often stop here on my way home from a morning workout at The Performance Hub in Ringwood and grab some fresh baked goods for kids lunches or breakfasts. The staff are always friendly the bakers always seem in great spirits and the food is always fresh!

Staff are friendly however portion size and quality has gone downhill. Annoying when the item shown in display is almost twice the size of what we actually get some of the time.

Closing time is 7pm weekdays, I don’t want to drive past other options to arrive at this store at 6:45 & every thing has been bagged up & loaded up for which ever nursing home it’s going to! Poor form!

Have just collected two beautiful loaves of bread. The staff was able to provide expert opinion on the bread types and I walked away very happy with my purchase.
