Today I went to kfc because I love their freezes and after having my tonsils removed it ms one of the only beverages I can enjoy currently
We went through the drive through and ordered a Mountain Dew and a Pepsi freeze the lady goes to hand the Mountain Dew freeze to my mother and then informs us she could only fill the Pepsi one up half way I told her I don’t want another flavour (as it burns my throat) I ask if I can just get a refund instead she rolls her eyes and sighs loudly trying to convince me to do a half flavour I say again no I’d just like a refund she closes the window with slight attitude about 2 mins later she comes back with a full Pepsi freeze asking if I still want it.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at kfc and it definitely affected me mentality

Extremely rude staff and when asked for the manger she had an appalling attitude, I requested for my food to be freshly cooked as i was happy to wait and food was given cold and wasn’t correct. I would highly recommend the manager changes her attitude towards customers and a bit of manners would be appreciated. The only person that served us with a smile and spoke nicely was the girl that toke our order.

The worst service today at KFC Narre Warren. Totally understaffed and we were ignored at the counter to take orders for over 10 minutes . Then we had asked for extra salt for one of the fries we ordered and they had no idea which one was with extra salt - that is if they did the order as requested. Then we get home and the chicken tenders we ordered were missing so back we go ! The team member then asks me - are you sure they were missing as I remember putting them in. Of course I am sure ! I paid for it and then drove all the way home and back because I was unsure ? I don’t think so. Further more no aioli dip as requested and absolutely NO APOLOGY!

This was horrible. The chicken was burnt ( as per photo) and dripping with oil, chips were cold. maybe a manager needs to make sure standards are being kept.I ordered the Family Feast $38.00 and ended up throwing it in the bin. Might
Not be a next time for me as this has happened before in this store
