I have been a customer of Gobind Sweets for the last 7-8 years and have always admired their customer service and food. I have even recommended it to my family and friends. However, they have let me down today regarding food quality and customer service. I ordered 9 bread pakoras at first and then 6 more shortly after. I spoke to a girl named Harman about the quality and taste of the bread pakoras. Unfortunately, they were burnt and had a black appearance and the taste was off. Harman told me that she had checked with the kitchen team and they advised that the pakoras were fresh. She asked me to send her some pics and then she would call me back after discussing the issue. I sent her pictures of the 3 pakoras I had left, but she never called me back. I ended up throwing the remaining pakoras in the bin. When my relatives came over today, they laughed and asked me where I got the bread pakoras from. It was embarrassing to hear their comments. It felt as though the restaurant had reused old bread pakoras and simply reheated them. I had never expected this from them. I have attached the pics for your ref.
