Ordered the bbq platter and was told by the person that it’ll take around 20 minutes and InshAllah we’ll prepare it fresh. But after 20 minutes what i got didn’t looked even close to fresh. The food was stale, like you fry the leftover food again to make it look like fresh. The amount of oil on the plate and the food colour seemed like the platter was deep fried. We just tried small chunks of it and got food poisoning.

Amazing food, top 3 mandi in Melbourne! Huge portion, tasty and quality. In fact I would say it’s best in terms of value. An unexpected takeaway dinner that turned out this good. Next time I’m dining in there.

Sufra Restaurant offers delicious food that is truly worth the price 👍🍽️. The overall quality of the dishes was very good. However, the gulab jamun was served extremely cold ❄️🍮, almost as if it had come straight from the freezer, which affected the experience.
The service could be improved 🙂. Although the venue operates in an event-style setting, there was limited personal attention from the floor staff, and assistance was not readily available when needed 🤷♀️.
The ambience is quite good and pleasant 🌟. That said, there is room for improvement in the washrooms and the surrounding areas 🚻🧹 to better match the quality of the food.
Overall, with improvements in service and facilities, the experience could be much better 😊.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We ordered the chicken and lamb mandi, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented.
The place itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it perfect for a relaxing dine-in experience. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish.
Another bonus is the easy and convenient parking, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely one of the best places to visit!

We recently celebrated Huzaifa’s Hifz graduation ceremony at Sufra Restaurant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious and beautifully presented every dish was full of flavour and served fresh. The arrangements were perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making all our guests feel welcome and well looked after.
