Earlier we used to get jalapeno bagel , donuts and croissants with our coffees.
Now the pallets have slightly shifted to pies and sausage rolls.🤤
To the full team at Blanc, you guys are amazing , the food & service both are impeccable. Quality is consistent since day one.

Had me at first bite. Almond croissant is the best I’ve had in a while. Try the jalapeno and cheese bagel as well. You’re already there, get yourself a pretzel too. Try to get there at 7am just as they open. Nothing like freshly baked bread and pastries. They have great coffee to match. And they have a bonus little pantry curated with oils, dips, pickles and spreads to complement your bread or make a nice sandwich when you get home.
As a bonus bonus, there’s a coin laundry joint next door. Have breakfast while you’re doing your chore. I highly recommend.
Edit: The pies are amazing too. No notes. Period.

Blanc Bakery in Berwick is a standout local bakery and café. Their coffee is seriously incredible, it’s smooth, bold and expertly made. It’s clear they care about quality in every cup. The vibe inside is stylish and the staff are genuinely welcoming. The baked goods are just as good as the coffee, fresh and delicious. This place has quickly become a favorite. Highly recommended!

This one of the best bakeries I’ve had the pleasure of visiting, and without a doubt, some of the best pastries and breads I’ve tasted. I’m a big fan of their croissants and other pastries, and even greater admirer of their loafs. ❤️
Today I tried their pumpkin sourdough for the first time, and it was by far the best loaf I’ve had. 🤤 Thank you Blanc Bakery for providing such delicious delicacies. 🙌🏼

Got a pistachio and almond croissant and donuts. $26 for the 4. Little dear for a a $6/donut. Croissants are still really tasty after an hour from the store.
Would have to sit down and have a butter croissant and their coffee next time. Have it warm and toasty.
But would still say it’s one of the better bakery in town to get a nice crusty croissant.
