I go to lunch here regularly and they always have a welcoming atmosphere. I order pastries and cakes like this orange rough cake which made for a marvelous afternoon tea. The service and value for money is terrific.Coffee & service was fantastic Rina served us was amazing & friendly & made our stay wonderful.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5/5 stars) New Management, Phenomenal Coffee! I recently visited Fergusons, now under new management, and let me tell you, it's an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the positive changes that had taken place. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. But the real star of the show was the coffee. Oh, what a delightful surprise! The new management has truly mastered the art of brewing the perfect cup of java. Each sip was an explosion of rich, aromatic flavors that left me craving for more. Whether you prefer a classic espresso, a velvety latte, or foamy cappuccino, they have it all, and they make it exceptionally well.

Consistently good cakes and slices and food. However, I still find everything too rich for me. In saying that, the place was busy when I visited to pick up a pie but $5.60’is steep when there are two other bakeries nearby. Refreshments available. Dining in store available. Staff were reasonably friendly. Located at the Coles end of the shops, it has food passing trade. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking st this shopping centre.

Went there today to get a vanilla slice. Went in the lady was very nice the male a bit brushed up and blunt but not entirely rude. Best vanilla slice I've ever tried, icing not too sweet and custard nice and thick. Very accommodating and seem to have a wide range of cakes, pastures and slices to offer.
