We enjoyed ourselves here. Burgers were great but were just a little too salty.
They were playing a playthrough of the Grinch game on the tv, weird but we were mesmerised.
They have a QR ordering system, which we love. I would recommend going, might try a beef burger next time.

Had a great experience at Royal Stacks today. The manager was super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was good. I had the Duchess Burger and it was honestly amazing crispy, fresh and full of flavour. Really appreciate the great service. Will definitely be back!

The food here was so good but what impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service.
The moment I walked inside I was greeted by a friendly, happy and helpful guy whose customer service skills were 2nd to none.
I had the single stack burger which was full of fresh tasty ingredients.
The fries were cooked and salted perfectly and the Mac and cheese croquette was delicious.
Free refills on large drinks is a nice bonus.

The burgers were fresh and juicy, the cheesy fries were amazing, and the shakes were super creamy. Huge shoutout to Grace for her amazing service she was so friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back!

really enjoyed our time here, we have been to a few royal stacks around Melbourne and this has got to be I think the most nicest one.
Perfect for the little ones and plenty of space with such a nostalgic 90’s burger diner vibe which was such a welcoming touch
Food was great as always and the new items on the menu looked delicious!
But what made this experience better was the really great customer service from the staff they were so friendly and helpful
Definitely will come back again!
