Beaconsfield Village Bakehouse

I come here maybe once every couple of weeks, and every. Single. Time. Without a doubt, I have been served by a rude, un-inviting staff member. I like to think I am a polite customer, but wow, the staff here really find a way to make you feel like a pest. No smiles, no ‘how you going’ , your lucky if you get some sort of eye contact. I would come here more often if the staff didn’t look so mad at the world, it’s actually a little bit embarrassing. Quite frankly, I don’t think I’ll be going to this bakery again. Which is a shame, I do like the food.

Are staff held hostage? Up until today, I was coming every other day. They’re all completely miserable. Food is borderline average (pie was soggy) and despite having many staff, you still wait for ages as they gather food at a snails pace. Doesn’t hurt to be smile or be polite.

Cant thank Lily enough for helping arrange my birthday cake at short notice. Absolutely amazing. The store is very popular and busy but staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent Choice of food .
