Walked by and came across this food truck that made gozlemes near federation square, food made to order and the dough is made fresh in front of you, ordered the meat gozleme $16 around 10-15min wait, gozleme tasted nice but had more spinach than meat filling.

Their gozleme was perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients inside. It was the perfect balance of savory and satisfying. I also tried their hot dog, and it was a great surprise, juicy, well-seasoned, and with just the right amount of toppings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to! Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious comfort food.

Four of us came across town for gozleme for four different tastes including vegetarian and vegan. Something for everyone and it was all fresh and delicious. Lovely personalised service too. Recommend you make your way here for traditional and tasty gozleme. 😁
