The vegan option is a black bean arepa and they don’t swap the cheese for any replacement. The arepa was half empty and I paid $15 for this little pocket. Very disappointing. While I was waiting for the order the server messed up another persons order too. With so many options around I hope they’re encouraged to improve offering for vegans and improve service

This place offers amazing traditional Venezuelan food, and while it’s mostly meat-based, the vegan options are absolutely delicious and the owners are super lovely. You leave feeling full and satisfied, but not heavy. I'm Colombian and the flavours are spot on, comforting and authentic. My Australian partner loves the vegan arepas! Definitely worth a visit whether you're vegan or not.

I tried the black bean arepas — they were generously filled and quite tasty, though a bit on the starchy side. They certainly make them fresh though, because we waited about 10 minutes to get our food.

As a self-proclaimed arepa expert, I can confidently say that Miss Venezuela serves the best arepas I’ve tasted outside Venezuela! The flavours are authentic, bursting with tradition, and transport me straight back to the vibrant streets of my homeland. Their empanadas? Pure nostalgia—each bite reminds me of the ones I savoured every morning before heading to work. What truly sets this food truck apart is Ms. Rosalia’s warm, heartfelt hospitality. Her genuine care makes you feel like you’re dining at a family table, not just a food truck. The combination of her love and these incredible flavours creates an experience that’s nothing short of magical. If you’re craving a true taste of Latin America, Miss Venezuela is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough—come hungry, leave happy!

Yum!! I got the pulled beef arepa with pico and my only regret was not getting ALL of the sides. The woman working was also lovely about my coeliac dietary and reassured me the whole kitchen is gluten free. What a treat!
