Came in for dinner today. Not many places were open due to some computer issues, but the staff were very apologetic and handled it really well. We still got the food we wanted, and it was delicious. Both of us were very happy with the experience.

Visited Ezi Street recently, the venue has a cool, casual vibe, kind of like a food truck setup inside a warehouse, which gives it a fun, laidback atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great this time. My food order came out wrong, and half the prawn tempura was missing. The staff were polite but it took a while to sort out, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the concept and setting are unique, and it has potential to be a great hangout spot once the service side tightens up.

I booked in for 10 people for a hens night due to various dietary requirements. It was also close to our next venue which worked out super great too. The staff here were so great! The overall place was a lot quieter than I expected but it ultimately worked out as we got to move around to indoor seats in a private room. Everyone enjoyed the various foods available which were great. And we loved the affordable drinks!! Thank you again to the lovely staff member who catered to our group so kindly. We all really appreciated it and the bride had a lovely time!! Thank you!

I've lived nearby for almost a year and finally decided to try EziStreat today. I've always been a bit put off as it often seems quiet, and I've never quite been clear about what food is available and when. Tonight, only 2 vendors were open: Xeom and Shokudo, plus the EziBar which I gather is always open as they operate the venue and FoH (at least this is my understanding). My partner and I ordered the JFC Karaage Ramen and the Signature Pork Ramen from Shokudo. The price for this plus a side and a drink was $21 each, which was pretty good. Unfortunately the woman working at Shokudo gave us 2 pork ramens, but we didn't complain as my partner who wanted the Karaage Ramen was fine with eating the pork ramen. The food was fine - tasted alright, albeit nothing special. I wasn't mad about it, especially for its reasonable price point. Nothing to write home about, but filling and satisfying. My main issue was with the overall experience, and I hope this feedback can be helpful as I'd love to see this venue thrive. I think it's a great concept, but the execution needs work. The moment you arrive, it's not immediately clear where to start or how anything works. It would be helpful to have a FoH worker greeting people as they enter, and offering to explain how to venue works - where do I order? Do I pay at individual vendors or all in one place? Can I just sit anywhere? The main entrance area is alright - well-lit, and I like the street market vibe. But if you turn to the right, where Shokudo is, the venue is very dark and feels quite run-down. Some better lighting would help to improve the vibe. Furthermore, with only 2 venues open, it would be great to have that information be clearer. Maybe have a list of vendors near the entrance, with their opening hours and whether they are open currently? I understand it's right after New Year's so maybe some of the vendors are on holiday. In that case, signs on those vendors and by the entrance would be really helpful. It's not just about availability - if there's a bunch of absent vendors, it makes the place feel unwelcoming and a little seedy. But if they had signs saying they're closed for the holidays or their opening hours are over, this wouldn't feel so bad. Lastly, the venue seemed to be playing the Disney Channel greatest hits. I gather the venue might be good for families, but as an adult I didn't really want to hear the soundtracks from High School Musical, Camp Rock and Shake It Up. 😅 Overall, a cool concept and a place with potential but the customer experience just isn't working right now. I hope the owners can improve the lighting, communication and customer touchpoints. :)

I attended the SingaMalaya Festival 2025 here and it felt nice to have a taste of home again. It was very crowded and lively. Vendors were invited to sell iconic Southeast Asian childhood snacks, local drinks like sugarcane, Singapore/Malaysian cuisine, and the bar served the Singapore Sling. Of course there was a lion dance performance too! The event space was a bit small and the food ordering situation was chaotic due to the crowd. We ordered from Lepak Corner which had an extensive menu but limited it to just roti canai for the day. It was a shame because I didn’t know this beforehand, and wanted to order their other dishes. It wasn’t clear how to order the food as all the staff was busy. The mutton curry I ordered with roti canai was REALLY good, delicious and tender, but one of my three roti canai served was burnt on one side and inedible. The staff were too busy to talk so I didn’t ask further about it.
