The Cheesecake Shop Clyde North

The cheesecake shop in Clyde North really stands out as one of the best stores. I was served by a young lady with glasses and her customer service is really kind and welcoming. The cake I had tasted fresh and delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back.

I came by Thursday evening and was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady and gentleman. I needed a cake quickly and after a minute I was handed a beautiful Black Forest cake and it tasted amazing! The customer service is excellent, and the cake was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this store and will be coming back for more. :)

Really disappointing experience! There was a hair inside the lollipop that was placed on top of the cake — absolutely unacceptable. When we went back to the shop to inform them, they said “we don’t even make lollipops” and refused to take any responsibility. The lady we spoke to was very arrogant, only offered to replace the lollipop, and didn’t even apologise for the issue. It completely ruined our mood and experience. Definitely not coming back here again.

The lady working today at 4:15 was so helpful. I added to my order after she had packed it, got me a new box and wasn't bothered at all. Super lovely and opened the door for me as I left. Small acts of kindness are hard to find theses days. Xo

I recently visited The Cheesecake Shop and was absolutely blown away! The variety of cheesecakes available is top notch . The presentation is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would like to mention Manveer she is so beautiful and calm person. I ordered a cake at very short notice but the cake she made for me was the best cake I ever had it in Australia..she made a red velvet cake for me on special demand and it was a hit😍😍Whether you're a fan of red velvet or want to try something more adventurous, this place has it all. It's my new go-to spot for desserts. Highly recommend for all cake Lovers
