Had severe falafel cravings and decided to give this joint a try. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the different options. Ordered the special falafel pita and a falafel box. Falafel was huge for $17. Definitely could share that between two people. Pickled cauliflower was soo yum. Falafel box was really good too. Smooth, nutty hommus with excellent tasting falafels plus pickles and pita. Definitely worth a visit for a cheap feed!

Hands down the most authentic Arabic/Levantine food I’ve had in Australia. The falafel wraps are crispy, light, and made fresh, you can really taste the quality 🥙. The fatteh is absolutely unreal (creamy, garlicky, perfectly balanced) Mashallah, and the foul is rich and comforting, just a little spicy for my taste, so if you prefer mild, let the chefs know and they’ll sort you out. I’ve been in Melbourne for almost 9 years and I honestly regret not discovering this place sooner, I missed out for way too long!

One of the best falafel spots in Melbourne! An unforgettable experience, not just because the falafel is outstanding, but because every detail is done right. From the atmosphere and decoratons to the menu design, wrapping paper, and seating, everything is thoughtfully selected and beautifully put together. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

Waazzup Falafel is a great spot for fresh and tasty falafel. The food is flavorful, well-seasoned, and clearly made fresh. Portions are satisfying and the prices are reasonable for the quality. What really makes this place special is the owner — a genuinely kind, friendly, and respectful person who makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The service is quick, warm, and personal, which adds a lot to the overall experience. A lovely local spot with great food and even better hospitality. Definitely worth a visit.

So, I love falafel, I’ve had lots from many places. On the other side of the world from home however, I just found the absolute best falafel I’ve ever had or even heard about. Delicious, light, fresh and amazing value… you see people say “you should come here, best In the city”, I’m saying that too, but I’m also saying if you don’t live in Melbourne, you should get on a plane and come here as soon as humanly possible! Legendary!
