I purchased the Strawberry torte cake. I noticed the box had a use by date, I asked the lady serving me what was the date the cake was baked. She refused to tell me the date and said it was fresh. That was not my question, again I asked what date was it baked? She explained it's fresh but we don't bake on site. I wasn't impressed however still purchased. We had the cake that evening for a birthday, it was not fresh or spongy. I suspect it was likely already 3 to 4 days old. That's not good enough! I paid $50 for a stale cake. The woman serving me just tried to brush me off, when a customer asks for a date baked, it's your job to know this! I will never purchase again. We threw the cake in the bin, absolute rubbish.

Iv been ordering cakes here since opening and always have a positive experience. Lovely customer experience from the girls. Recently I ordered a vanilla baby blue custom cake with jam and cream inside (cake topper from Amazon) and the French vanilla cheesecake, my guests loved the cakes and will be continuing to order in the future.

Wanted to try the Biscoff range.They didn't have one in their menu. Family wanted to settle with the Marble cheese cake. Not a problem. Enter Mariza. She obliged and for a small charge customised the cake beautifully. Ordered on Sunday for a Tuesday take away and they got us that. Excellent Marble Biscoff Cake. Tasty as. Great customer service. The new redo of the interiors is even more inviting. Well done Team Warren and Mariza.

Horrible shop, only came to this one as it was on the way to where we were heading
Ordered the cake ( half half) to be ready about 3-330 . Got there at 4 and it hadn’t even been cut . And didn’t even know the order was there. The server was a young teen that clearly hadn’t been trained properly and didn’t care ,
In the 15 mins I was waiting for my
Cake to be ready . 1 lady walked out because she was ignored completely and another came in because there was hair through her cake

Mariza was great as she was able to squeeze the order in under short notice. The cakes presentation was pretty and perfect for a 1 yr old girl. Thanks again.
