I was genuinely excited to try what appeared to be a promising spot for authentic Greek food. After browsing online, this venue caught my attention, and I was happy to drive a considerable distance for what I hoped would be a quality meal. Following the directions from Google Maps, I expected to find a bustling food truck or at least some sign of activity.
Instead, on arrival I was met with a quiet cul-de-sac and a locked-up food truck parked deep inside a driveway. There was no signage, no menu board, no lights or movement — nothing to suggest it was operating at all. Feeling unsure, I asked a nearby resident about the business. They told me they weren’t certain whether it still traded from this location and explained the owners tended to keep to themselves.
The whole experience was disappointing, especially given the time and effort involved in getting there. In today’s world, accurate online information is essential. If the food truck has closed, moved, or is only open occasionally, it would be enormously helpful to update its Google Maps listing and social media. This would prevent customers making unnecessary trips and avoid frustration.
I genuinely wanted to support a small business and enjoy a quality Greek meal, but instead I left empty-handed and disappointed. Hopefully the owners clarify their status soon — their food looked promising online, and it’s a shame to see such confusion surrounding what could be a great destination.

From the very first interaction, Christos was an absolute legend. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about both his food and his work. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a great experience – not just for us as the couple, but for every guest he served.
He was open to feedback from the get-go, both about the food and the presentation, and you could see that he takes pride in continuously improving and delivering the best possible service. On the night, the entire team really showed up. Not only were they warm, friendly, and super accommodating, but when plans unexpectedly changed, they didn’t skip a beat. They adapted with ease and professionalism, handling every curveball with grace.
As for the food – what can we say? It was incredible. Every dish was fresh, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Even though it was served from a food truck, it never felt rushed or casual – just high-quality food made with care, served with heart.
We’re so grateful we chose Greek on the Street for our big day. Christos and the team brought amazing food, good vibes, and a sense of calm to what could have been a very hectic night. Highly recommend them for any event – especially if you want your guests talking about the food long after the party ends!

Christos was great to work with. We hired Greek on the streets for our wedding and it was a big hit. The food was delicious and the team were incredible. Christos was super responsive and helpful. I misread the invoice and overpaid without any notice from my end and Christos pointed that out and gave me the difference back.
I would strongly recommend Greek on the streets for any event catering.
