I went to Bethak at Clyde North today evening. I ordered fried Paneer momos. The fried Paneer momos were over fried and burnt as well. When I ate them I felt they were quite hard. This is what I got for paying $17 for this dish. I am very disappointed today. This is my reply to the owner as I am unable to reply to him directly. I went with the expectation of receiving quality food after reading the reviews. Having had fried momos throughout my life, I know exactly how to cook them so the inside is not undercooked. However, the momos were absolutely over-fried and burnt. Why would I eat over-fried, hard, burnt food after paying $17? When I complained, your staff touched my food with her bare hands without wearing food-safety gloves. I did not want to risk taking free food as compensation for the inedible food offered to me. I still understand your explanation that different people have different tastes, but what about food handling and hand hygiene? I would like to let you know that your staff had touched the EFPOS machine after taking orders from other customers. When I complained, she touched my momos with the same hands, which is totally unhygienic. I await your reply.

We ordered cheese burst vada paav and they delivered vada paav only. And we waited almost one hour after ordering the food while it was raining with our 8 month old baby. Disappointed with their service.
