The staff were very helpful and the Theatre was beautiful. Easily retrieved tickets from the box office and there was plenty of seating while we waited for the show.

The Malthouse has improved so much!! Fantastic Aperitivo hour. $5 schooners and free food. Such a lovely vibe and gorgeous setting all year round.

Attended a play here recently. It's a lovely restored old building in Melbourne's Southbank area. I was using public transport and it was easy to get to. Very nice 15 minute walk from Flinders Street station. It's a small theatre, so productions here have a very intimate feel. There is a nice bar area to have a pre show drink.

A wonderful theatre with a great catalog of works, I’ve never been dissatisfied. This is a review for the food in their (newish) restaurant. We came here for dinner with a booking for four, a fifth person joined and they were flexible moving us around. Good service. We got their two side options, fries with aioli and a rocket pear walnut salad. Both priced around $15 they were enjoyed and met my expectations. The pizzas were not bad, I enjoyed the prosciutto pizza more as the rocket one was mild and not very flavourful.

Lovely heritage-listed, red brick, theatrical venue. Comprising of 3 seperate theatres with varying capacities from 500 seats over multiple levels to a intimate 100 seat black box room. Distinctive 1st floor RED toilets with ample facilities (and an accessible downstairs toilet) and a bar, cafe and relaxing outdoor seating area. Showcasing local theatre, comedy and music performances.
