This is the best food truck in Melbourne. I ordered paneer tikka Parantha roll it was so delicious total value for money and quantity is amazing apart from all that the guy at front the way he treats his customer is marvellous. I will highly recommend this place and must visit place for tasty food.

Tried Desi Food Lab again and honestly, they never miss. Had the noodle burger, Amritsari fish, and tandoori chicken, everything was absolutely amazing and packed with flavour. We’re regular customers and have never been disappointed. Consistently great food every single time. Highly recommended 🔥👌

Their achaari chicken tikka was so flavourful. Easily one of the best I have had in Melbourne. Garlic roti was fresh and delicious. Also tried their chicken tikka roll - too good. Definitely coming back
