I have been coming here for one year and i can say that it is the most amazing and delicious kebab place in craigieburn, i have tried many different kebabs places but nothing compares to royalty kebabs. I’d highly recommend this kebab place, it is highly addictive and it is always prepared with fresh ingredients and taste!! The customer service is amazing and very professional. I have ordered a mix hsp they have put extra meat and chips and bought turkish delight it is also very fresh can’t go wrong. The prices are also reasonable and the quality is great aswell!!

The fries were clearly recooked and added to the HSP soaked in oil, which is completely unacceptable. I had already advised the lady preparing the order that this was my first time buying from here and requested that it be made properly, yet it was still spoiled. That’s very disappointing and honestly quite sad.
Reply to owner:- I’d like to clarify that I did not ask her to recook old fries. When I ate them, they were clearly soggy and tasted like chips that had been cooked a long time ago and then reheated. Re-cooking old fries is not acceptable.
I had also specifically asked the lady to make the chicken well done. That is normal request asking or requesting to make chicken well done or well cooked.

Came here a few months ago got mixed HSP and it was the best I've ever had hands down crispy chicken salted chips with fantastic meat and plenty of sauce. Came back again to see if a fluke but it wasn't was just as good! I travel from Doreen that's how good it is.

Please change your packaging.
Drive 15 minutes home and my rice HSP & chip HSP had completely fallen apart.
The 2 meals mixed together and had to filter out the 2 dishes, fishing piece of the brown box from lamb meat slices.
It’s was okay, definitely not as good as the reviews brag about.
But this was really disappointing

They served the kebab with Lebanese bread, not Turkish bread and the bread is so hard as a rock that my teeth fell out so I won’t be going there again
