Great pub food, reasonable prices, fast service.
Steak was cooked perfectly, accompanying garlic prawns was nice, additional pepper sauce for the chips was a good flavour.
Nice to actually get the sized steak that was specified on the menu when I ordered.
Eaten at too many pubs that say 350g steak and it would be lucky to be 250g.

I just attended a friend's birthday dinner at the hotel. I didn't have much expectation but I was pleasantly surprised by the standards of the service, the quality of the food (fresh and tasty, veggies were a bit soft but this means friendly for my senior citizen friends), also the nice pinot noir I had.

the food was great. the atmosphere was good and everything it was great
and the food came within a reasonable time.
The steaks were juicy. the Mexican Palmer was delicious and the serving size were very very very generous.
we will definitely be back again!

The concierge was welcoming and friendly as we arrived. Quite a nice steak sandwich, the grilled barramundi with vegetables was fresh but plain. Seating arrangements were quite good and pleasant atmosphere.

This is a photo of a medium steak that has come back from a second cook on the grill.
I think the chefs need a lesson is cooking steaks that for sure. Looks like it been on for about 1 minute each side, this is one of 4 steaks that it happened to and seems to be on ongoing occurrence here. Staff are great and friendly, though there is consistent issues with incorrect food here.
