Stopped by for a quick meal — the food and service were okay, nothing special but not terrible either. However, the toilets were in poor condition and quite dirty, which really brought the experience down. Overall, just an average visit.

Ordered a Whopper for my son but received a Whopper cheese. Rushing to hospital now because he is allergic to dairy. 😡😡😡😡. I should have known better and not trust Hungry Jacks’ customer service.
The shop is disgusting. The ordering monitors are sticky. Couldn’t even scan the QR code because the screen was too dirty. The bins were packed while it wasn’t even busy.
Hungry Jacks must do better. Not going to this store anymore.

Somebody needs to stop taking their emotions out on the food, I don't want to eat burgers that somebody has fisted prior.
The nuggets have clearly been sitting there for over 4 hours, they are cold and as hard as a rock. The receipt clearly states no ice, yet the entire cup? Filled with ice.
This is the standard of a $26 meal at Hungry Jacks in Moorabbin.

Cute decorations but the store manager was really rude and they had nothing available and the wait was ridiculous considering we hardly ordered anything and there’s like 8 staff so idk what’s happening 🙈🙈🙈🙈
