Lovely pub, great big outdoor area, 2 pool tables, few different inside eating areas, food was tasty but I felt meals were small, I had homemade gnocchi with lamb shank ragu it felt like entree size, person with me got scotch fillet steak it had broccolini and scallop potatoe but not a huge meal. Bit pricey but definitely worth visiting.

A proper local pub. Good spot for a cold schooner, a parma, and watching the footy in the beer garden. Vibe’s laid-back and friendly, food’s standard pub grub (can be a bit pricey), service’s hit-and-miss.
Not flash — but solid for an easy arvo with mates. 🍻

Celebrated our Christmas break up at the Peacock on 19/12/25. HUGE shout out to Sam and all the staff for a terrific day. Bar service was wonderful and the food was amazing ... the lamb kofta were sooooooooo delicious. Thanks for a great day!

The Behind the Hill bar is a Great outdoor setting for functions.The staff were friendly and attentive. The canapés were lovely and the setting was comfortable and cosy. Our night was a great success and we all had a lot of fun. Thank you to the staff at Peacock inn. 🙏🫶👍

A great pub with an excellent exterior and well set up interior and beer garden. I've been there many times over many years and it always has been great, especially in summer for the beer garden. They make great food and is relatively quick in about 15 minutes the food was ready and has an outdoor setup on Hastings Street. Would highly recommend going there!
