One of the worst experiences at Macca’s.
Before ordering, we specifically asked a staff member whether ordering 6 Happy Meals would allow us to get 6 Friends character collectables. We double and even triple checked, and the staff confidently said YES and confirmed they had stock for all 6.
Based on that assurance, we placed the order, only to receive completely different toys that were not the Friends characters at all. This felt very misleading and honestly like a scam. If the promotion required us to order the “Friends Meal” instead of regular Happy Meals, the staff should have clearly informed us before we purchased.
On top of that, the self-service ordering machine had no receipt paper, and no one replaced it. The order number only flashed on the screen for a few seconds, so we didn’t even know our order number.
Very disappointing experience. Please educate your staff to provide accurate information and manage the kiosks properly.

This is easily one of the most neglected outlets I’ve visited. The hygiene standards are non-existent, and the facility is in a state of disrepair.
* Sanitation Issues: Every hand sanitizer station is empty. There is no soap in the toilets, and the dispensers have been ripped off the walls, leaving only holes.
* Filth & Neglect: The floors are caked in grime, and tables are covered in leftover mess from previous customers. The coffee bar is equally disgusting with spills across the counters.
* Poor Management: The cleaning supply room was left wide open with chemicals scattered on the floor. When questioned, staff gave a canned response that supplies are "on order."
* Staff Attitude: Employees were preoccupied with texting and chatting on their phones, deliberately ignoring the mess rather than cleaning.
Summary: A filthy, poorly managed place where hygiene is ignored and staff are indifferent.

Went to maccas ftg and explained I have heaps of the male figurines and requested one of the girls. They happily obliged. Then went to Tecoma and requested a Monica or Rachael (I ordered 3 meals) - they said no and then made a point of giving me all the same figurines and all males. Like it makes a difference etonthwm which they give us - poor atmosphere and just not kind humans.

I love this store, people , service .
You would be the only store that serves a chocolate shake as a rich chocolate shake ,
Every other store serves a vanilla shake with a dash of chocolate that you cannot even taste .
I want what I ask for and pay for nothing less.
Except who has taken over the calibration of the shakes because you have stuffed up and now I’m really disappointed . Please rectify this problem . Below is a pathetic choc shake . Do you not agree

Im a local been there alot and the only thing that makes sense is all the protesters that used to stand outside have got a job there, no one is that bad by accident it has to be sabotage. They are absolutely useless in every aspect. Orders always missing items. We always check but sometimes you get home with your burger box and it just has lettuce in it. The manager just tells you that's what you ordered haha.
