The meat rubs are a homemade specialty and they are so flavourful! I had the smoked beef brisket roll, the beef short ribs and the brisket burger with chips (which might I add, is absolutely oozing with American cheese)
Highly recommend if you love your smoked meats as I believe this is the best in Melbourne so far!!

I have been to so many smoked meat restaurants and this is an absolute gem. Prefect and tender meat, melting in your mouth and this should be your next smoked meat destination in Melbourne. Must try is the smoked beef short rib for $34 and it’s prime meat around 400 gms to 550 gms . Smoked chicken wings are the best to die for. Home made sauces are mouthwatering. If you are in Sunbury, hop into Ezy eats and you will find it right there.

These short ribs are insane!!! Smoky, fall-apart tender, and wrapped in a perfect crust that’s packed with deep, rich flavour. The portion is massive, the sauces are spot on, and every bite feels like it’s been crafted with care.
Big love to Alvin, the owner and pitmaster, whose passion for BBQ shows in every single detail. You can taste the hours of slow cooking, the precision, and the heart he puts into his craft. Once you’ve tried Alvin’s ribs, every other BBQ will feel like a warm-up act.

Absolutely unreal food! The smoked meats are super juicy and just fall apart. I usually don’t like brisket but the brisket slaw and bun was a highlight! Definitely will be back
