Staff were great, especially on a very busy night with Highpoint late night shopping before Christmas Eve. Food and drinks were really good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Always love coming here and will happily return again.

Just got takeaway cheese & potato pancake and it was burnt underneath. and trying to eat it you can’t taste the cheese/potato just the burnt taste of pancake. Waited for ages to get served. Wasn’t that busy to be waiting that long. Found the people that worked there rather rude and stand offish. No smiles or friendliness. The day time staff seem more customer service orientated

Great food. Service wasn't the best. As soon as we were seated lady asked if she can start with drinks. I replied can we have some menus please..... we were celebrating a birthday and doing cards and presents and stuff and were asked 3 times if we were ready to order. Our drinks had just arrived and no one had looked at the menu yet. Surely the wait staff can read the table and see when we are ready birthday cards, is not the time to ask. Also when they brought the food and drink they didnt say what it was, just put it on the side of the table. We had to ask what dish it was so we could give it to the right person. Party of 5. Then had to ask for cutlery. Wasn't overly busy. Ferrero rocher pancake was amazing

Friendly staff, but the food quality was disappointing. It seemed stale, and I found a hair in my chips. Even after a replacement, I noticed that kitchen staff weren’t wearing PPE, raising concerns about hygiene. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwell. Hoping for improvements in food safety, disappointing😕day ending with a waste of money.

One of the many chains all around Australia serving as you probably guessed it, pancakes. Ranging from sweet to savory and covers breakfast/meal style or even dessert style, there is something for everyone. We tried their basic sweet pancakes with strawberries and blueberries. The pancake itself is soft, unfortunately not fluffy as we liked it and the sauce is too sweet. The tuna salad was normal and the loaded wedges were better than we expected. It has crispy bits, and the gravy on the side is better so it doesn't make the wedges soggy. The decor is whimsical and fun for kids but has a very similar vibe to any other branches. Food - 5 Service - 6 Vibe - 7 Price - $$
