1st time dining at this place, decided to come because of the indoor playground.
Got in at 6pm for dinner on a Friday night, place was packed with families.
Daughter loved the playground and claw machines, it was spacious and quite big considering it is located within the premise.
There was a balloon entertainer when we got there, free balloons for kids.
Food was mediocre, as we were seated next to the kitchen, we could hear the commotion happening in the kitchen. Food was just sitting at the shelves waiting to be served, person incharged of the giving out the food was probably new and took much longer to give out the food to waitstaff to be delivered to customer tables.
Food finally arrived and our scotch fillet was not warm.
Spent nearly $600 for 8 people that night.

Honestly last time I was here 6 mths ago, I swore I'd never come back the food was that bad. When I raised the problems with the staff they could not have cared less. So we got roped into going again last week reluctantly but glad I did wow what a turn around. Staff had a better attitude and food was actually really good we had Dynamite prawns ( chef special) so delicious, lamb shoulder,Thai salad and pizza everyone enjoyed. Keep up the good work and we'll be back soon

From the moment I booked with Mary over phone, to being greeted by Eddy, and then the food was delicious. The whole experience was seamless!
Thank you will definitely be back soon.

I saw the kitchen preparing a schnitzel for a staff member and it looked fantastic: golden crust, generous chips and broccolini, showing what the kitchen is really capable of. I asked if I could order the same meal, and the staff said it would be fine, even though it was not the usual menu version.
What arrived, however, was very different: about half the size with a different crust and lacklustre presentation. It was disappointing to see the quality the kitchen could produce, to be promised the same, and to receive something completely different.
I love that the place looks after its own staff members well. However, as a paying guest I can only say that the place is fine for a bowl of chips to share, but the main meal was poor value and disappointing unfortunately.

I have been coming here for over a decade and I have to say the service etc has gone downhill badly since the change of ownership.
The wait staff have little to no customer service skills when delivering food, especially when in a large group. They just yell out what the item is so all conversation has to stop while everyone asks around who ordered that item, they will hand your plate to you across the table over the people sitting on the opposite side, or just give it to someone to figure out whose meal it is if the person doesn’t immediately identify that it’s for them. And this is despite the QR ordering where they get your name, likely the kitchen isn’t giving that info to the wait staff.
None of them are smiling or happy, whether serving meals or behind the bar, so that makes me think the management is an issue and it’s not a nice place to work which in turn does not make it a happy place to eat.
Do not let your kids go to the play area unless you are prepared to watch them like an hawk and ready to deal with other kids behaving badly with no parental supervision. And the staff do nothing about it when you let them know. Plus you will probably end up having to give your kids money because there are two rooms full of claw like machines plus more in the main play area and the kids go crazy over them. Basically they have gambling for adults and gambling for children.
And the kicker, if you have a celebration cake they will give you a butter knife to cut it up. Ridiculous.
This is not the Zagames we all knew and loved, for the price of the meals it’s just not worth it anymore. So disappointing.
