I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-managed. The team on duty was fast, friendly, and operated with a level of professionalism that you don’t always encounter at fast food establishments. It’s clear that this location has strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
One of the first things I noticed was how clean the entire restaurant was. The dining area was spotless, with tables promptly cleaned and floors well maintained. Even the toilets were in excellent condition — clean, well-stocked, and clearly maintained regularly. It’s refreshing to see a McDonald’s location where cleanliness is taken seriously.
The service was efficient and delivered with a smile. Staff seemed to have a firm grasp on their roles, operating with a smooth flow that ensured customers were served quickly without compromising on quality. My order came out exactly as expected. The coffee was served piping hot and tasted great — no burnt or stale flavor here. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted better than what I’ve experienced at other McDonald’s branches around Melbourne.
Overall, this particular McDonald’s stands out as one of the best in the city. It offers a consistently positive experience and sets a high bar for fast food service. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal, a coffee break, or just need a clean rest stop, this location is well worth a visit.

The girl taking orders( drive through) perhaps shouldnt be as its clearly to much for her. She made a mistake and didnt know what to do , and by me explaining what i wanted to order and how, resulted in her rolling her eyes a lot. She can do that at home but not at a work place. There was nothing tense about the situation that warranted her disfaction its litterally her job

I recently went to McDonald’s and ordered a large coffee which I was meant to receive a free mcpop with that. For starters poor customer service, I never got offered my receipt which I forgot to ask about so I drove thru and after receiving my coffee once I arrived at the shopping centre near the McDonald’s, I thought to myself ‘I’ll come back once I’ve finished my shopping and let them know about it” which is what I did, instead of going thru drive thru again I went inside and got served by one of the workers. I explained the situation and she got her supervisor/manager which was EXTREMELY rude to us, she said there’s nothing she can do about it unless I had the receipt which she claimed her workers all hand out receipts or offer them which did NOT happen. I explained that I never got offered one yet still showed her my receipt from the maccas app which I was using, clearly that wasn’t enough “proof” and I tried speaking to the woman who served me when I came in earlier to see if she can help me out with the situation as a sort of witness just to get yelled at by the supervisor/manager to not speak to her workers, keep in mind this entire time I was extremely sweet to both the supervisor/manager and all the workers as I also mentioned to her that I work at a McDonald’s located somewhere else which I was still wearing my uniform for and I wouldn’t be lying about all of this just for a mcpop. She didn’t let me get served by anyone and honestly I was in disbelief of the poor customer service I received especially after I was still very nice to the supervisor. Disgusting service I will NEVER be coming back to Broadmeadows McDonald’s.

McDonald’s milkshake tasted really horrible worst maccas milkshake I’ve ever had tasted like they just put 50 sugars in it and don’t taste the way a McDonald’s shake should I don’t recommend order shakes from here
