Had a great experience at El Jannah Broadmeadows. The charcoal chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy on the inside with a nice smoky flavour. The garlic sauce was rich and addictive, and the Lebanese bread was fresh and soft. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. What really made the visit better was the staff behaviour—very polite, friendly, and efficient, even during a busy time. The place was clean and well organised. Definitely one of the best spots for charcoal chicken. Highly recommended.

The staff behaviour was outstanding—friendly, polite, and very professional, making the whole ordering process smooth and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, even during busy hours. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.

I noticed something in my meal that looked suspiciously like an insect. This raised red flags about the food prep and hygiene.
Unfortunately, many tables in the dining area were noticeably unclean.

The food is so good. But the service, order accuracy and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The staff member who served me yesterday was surly at best.waited over 15 min for my order. A person who was served before asked twice for the tables to be cleaned as there was no table clean and only 2 other people seated. They asked for their order as 3 people after me came ordered and left. My last order was missing the drinks the girl was not interested and said get on line. Given this is a multi million $ business surely they can afford more staff or better service stands

Absolutely top-tier charcoal chicken 🔥 The chicken is always juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right — you can smell it from the car park and know you’re in for a good time. The garlic sauce is dangerously addictive (seriously, I’d buy it by the bottle), and the portions are generous for the price.
Staff are friendly, service is quick, and the place stays busy for a reason. Whether it’s a quick meal or feeding the whole family, El Jannah Broadmeadows never disappoints.
Fun fact: El Jannah’s famous garlic sauce (toum) is so popular that people literally judge the chicken by how good the garlic is — and this branch nails it every single time.
