I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 4:29 AM and stood outside the door, which was still locked even though the store was supposed to be open. I waited patiently, but the employee inside didn’t bother to acknowledge me or open the door. It only opened because someone else was coming out.
Once inside, I stood at the counter ready to place my order. The staff member saw me but completely ignored me, busying himself with something else. After waiting a bit, I asked politely, “Are you going to take my order?” and he responded with, “Are you ready?” in a dismissive tone. I was confused and said, “What do you mean?” but he didn’t respond and just continued what he was doing.
At that point, I decided to leave without placing an order. I didn’t feel welcomed or respected as a customer.
This review is not to harm the business as a whole I know ownership and most staff may care about service — but this particular employee’s behavior is unacceptable. It’s early in the morning, and people deserve at least basic courtesy. Hopefully, management will take this seriously and address it properly.

I would like to share my experience at BP Melbourne Airport on 5 January 2026, around 4:00 AM.
Unfortunately, my interaction with the cashier was not satisfactory. I was treated in a manner that felt unfriendly and unprofessional, without any clear reason. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially in Australia where these values are important.
When I informed him of my intention to lodge a complaint, he responded with a gesture that I found inappropriate and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable. This behavior did not reflect the level of service expected at a major location such as Melbourne Airport.
I am sharing this feedback to accurately reflect my experience and hope it will be taken into consideration to improve customer service in the future.

It’s a servo with a fast food chain store. With most of these service stations, the toilets are built dirty copy when the machine is working good but sometimes hard to get parking because of all the people waiting for the airport. Instead of using the short-term parking which is free not far from there probably two minutes away maybe they should use Google properly and I’d find it.
