Haysung Korean Bbq was amazing,staffs were good.Food were good. We ordered Wagyu exclusive,Vip combo,Spicey cold noodle which were great. The best part about this Bbq is that it opens early and you dont have to wait until 5 or six to start bbq dinner.

This is not acceptable. The chicken is clearly undercooked and still has visible blood inside, which is a serious food safety concern. I also noticed that my previous review appears to have been deleted, as I can no longer see it. I am reposting this review to ensure the issue is properly addressed.

Mixed experience — wouldn’t return
Visited this place recently and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was okay overall, but the ventilation really needs improvement — the smell of BBQ smoke from nearby tables lingered heavily throughout the space, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
As for the food, the side dishes like salad and kimchi didn’t look or taste fresh, which was disappointing. We ordered a few wagyu cuts — one was quite tender and enjoyable, but unfortunately, the other was overly chewy and lacked the expected quality.
The price wasn’t too expensive, but it also wasn’t cheap enough to justify the average experience. With so many other Korean BBQ spots offering fresher sides and better overall value, I personally won’t be returning.

This is hands down the best Korean BBQ we’ve had in Australia. The food was incredibly delicious, with every dish scoring a perfect 10/10. The service was excellent too. If you haven’t dined here yet, you’re truly missing out!

It's Mother's Day and we decided to have Koream BBQ to celebrate. We look up and found this place, the menu and meat selection seems good. We made a reservation few days earlier so as to secure a table.
Service & Ambience [3]. It is always a challange to find a parking lot in this area. We took a short walk, and when arrived got to wait for a while for a staff to come to us. We got a table quickly and settle down.
Its a a small restaurant. Tables are close by. The place is filled with smoke (of course, its a BBQ restaurant) What i meant is before we start to cook our food, our hair and clothing already stained with smoke. We also noticed the exhaust fans were too high up, perhaps the reason the smoke still linger and unable to be sucked up.
Food [4]. We didnt order lot of food but the table is already filled. Eventually we are given a trolley table to put the in coming food. Overall we quite like the food. The seafood pancake is slightly oily and kimchi soup taste like tomato soup.
If the weather permits, outdoor seating will be better else choose tables near entrance.
