McDonald's Springvale

I ordered Angus Beef and Bacon and I got this? Also the price is much different please check your order b4 u serve it doesnt looks busy as well as i went around 10pm

They give cold fries (and redeem it i to the fryer) so the chips turn brown and chewy. I use to work at fast food and I know what I eat. Its not good at all. And they give it to you when you order it via UBER so you can't complain.

The worst McDonald I’ve been to, if I could give zero stars I would. Always missing my orders never serve fresh food. They serve burn toast bun, cold fish patty SO GROSS. I had to throw it out. When ordered double patty burger always missing another patty not on one occasion, ALWAYS!! THEY DON’T prioritize dine in order had to wait more than 40mins this is extremely poor customer service if there’s drive thru and dine in they should serve both, can’t leave customers waiting. Never go there again I tried to visit many more time but nothing change. AVOID this place at all cost, not worth every penny!!!!!

Always food left out. I’ve eaten at over 50-100 different McDonalds restaurants over the years. My local Springvale store wins the Trophy for leaving food out of the order. They don’t answer the phone and you can’t leave a message. Great McDonalds service! Not!!!

This is by far the worst service I have received in a Maccas. Most Employees are straight up rude to your face and an un- welcoming attitude to the customers. The only helpful Staff here was Paulina. There was other staff with a name badge NHI, I donno why she keeps staring at me and doesn’t bother to help me when I go ask for an order. Never gonna come back here.
