We came from Carnegie looking for furniture stores and went to Amart with no success and actually a rude SALES person who questioned why I was measuring a chair before even saying hello so we walked out and went to another store who totally ignored me and my wife, as they were too busy behind the counter chatting or one staff member actually eating something in his mouth so we jumped back in the car and came to the The Furniture trader. My wife sat in the car and I walked in to see if the shop was worthwhile and as I entered a young lady who was dusting a table looked up and said “welcome to the Furniture trader” and asked me “How can I assist you” and at that point I knew I had walked into the right store. I explained I wanted some dining room chairs to replace my existing dining room chairs and she showed me some at which point I called my wife out of the car to come and have a look. We walked around the store found something we liked and the young lady looked at my photos of what we had and gave me solutions and gave us options and we then decided on a dining chair that we liked. We even were given a reduced bundled price as we placed an order for 10 chairs and paid the deposit and walked out very happy. So a big shout out and thank you to Fatima who I believe was exceptional in her customer service, and even under pressure when she was answering two extra phone calls while serving us and taking up the deposit she was calm professional and courteous to both people on the phone and to me and my wife. The owners of the Furniture trader should be very proud to have staff members like Fatima working for them. We now look forward to receiving 10 new dining room chairs for our home. We visited the furniture trade shop today and had a great experience thanks to Luke. He was extremely helpful and patient, making sure we clearly understood the pricing, delivery dates, and the differences between various products. He even took time out of his lunch break to help us, which we really appreciated. They offer great deals and very competitive prices, especially for the quality you get. The furniture quality is excellent, and the store is always clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be coming back to buy more furniture and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great prices, good deals, and outstanding customer service.

I had the most wonderful experience wandering through The Furniture Traders outlet in Dandenong South. This store has so much to offer and I found the prices very reasonably. All furniture was beautifully displayed and the service I received from Brooke was truly outstanding, she went above and beyond to help me choose my dining suite. Brooke made the whole experience easy, and then to be told delivery would be the next day was amazing. Have already recommended this store to others
