Went here a few days ago, for context I am pregnant, I had to get fuel and 5-6 things quickly so I thought I would pay extra for the convenience. Went to the counter and paid for my items to which I had asked for a bag, the male (who I presume is of Indian ethnicity, 25-30 yo) hands me a bag and signals to bag the items myself, to which he then turns around and begins talking to someone in a different language on his phone. I have never ever experienced such poor quality service, anywhere let alone a petrol station. I will not be going here again.

Dear get some staff who is fully qualified to prepare a coffee or a chai latte, i live in pakenham and i am your regular customer having coffee almost every alternate day, but from last 2 days you have changed your staff who doesn’t know the meaning of extra hot coffee, even about meal he doesn’t understand the meaning of toast that meal, huh fed up.

On the 28th of November, my son and I went to BP Pakenham at about 7:30PM. We got some fuel and 2 bottles of 600ml Coke as there was a 2 for $7.50 deal on. When we went to the counter the young lady scanned it 3 times by accident (I understand mistakes happen, no stress). My son noticed and I said "all good mate". When the lady told me the price I was getting my phone ready to pay so hadn't noticed she had taken the extra one she scanned away. I said something like "theres only 2 cokes" (in a very calm voice and not being rude) and she proceed to snap at me quite rudely saying she has done it already. I was so shocked by her reaction and its made me not want to go back.

Disappointed by Lack of $1 Chicken Bites and Unhelpful Staff Response I visited BP Pakenham at 12:40pm specifically to purchase the $1 chicken bites, planning to buy additional items as well. However, upon arrival, I found that the chicken bites were unavailable. When I inquired with a female staff member about their availability, her response was a curt "no," without any further explanation or assistance. This lack of customer service was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I ended up leaving without making any purchases. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff to ensure a more welcoming and helpful environment for patrons. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. I went to go in store on Tuesday night at 10:15 to make a purchase, and the lady would not let me inside. She refused to help me with the ATM and inside purchases. Instead making hand gestures to leave. I will not buy my fuel here again nor anything else from this store. It seems to be a reoccurring issue after reading after reviews. Seriously if your staff are too scared to keep the store open and operating them employ someone better. The customer service has gone down hill and we aren't even aloud in store to buy things nor will the staff help through their window.
