McDonald's Beaconsfield

I don't know if another one star reviewed will make them concern. Very poor service. I waited around 15 minutes for my order, and staff didn’t seem to pay attention to getting orders ready. Customers were left standing with no updates or communication. For a fast-food restaurant, this level of waiting time and lack of organisation is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Officer.

We order nuggets and soon as I opened the box you could smell the oil, the nuggets were like a soft and soggy texture and soon as I bit into it I spat it out, all you could taste was oil. I called them letting them know and all I got was “thanks for letting us know”..did not get offered a refund or voucher as my food went straight in the bin. Also when going through drive thru I was accused of lying about sauce being in the bag! Yes a 30c sauce! That I paid for! When I let them know that they had forgot the sauce (as they always do!) He made me double check the bags.. so I did and I said nope it’s no in there.. he then made me hand all the bags back so he could check himself! And there was no sauce like I had said.. finally got the sauce I had paid for and no apology. Horrible service!

Brand new and absolutely spotless! McDonald’s Beaconsfield is a fantastic addition to the area. The restaurant is squeaky clean, modern and well laid out, making it a pleasant place to stop for a quick meal. Located conveniently right off the freeway, it’s perfect for travellers or locals looking for a fast bite. Service was prompt and friendly, and everything looked freshly set up. Great first impression, definitely coming back. Highly recommend checking it out!

This has to be the best and cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been into for years. Even the atmosphere feels good inside for McDonald’s.
