We’ve dined here three times now and are continually impressed by how the menu evolves. The décor is gorgeous and comfortable, and the service is always exceptional. Every visit is a wonderful experience - the menu is thoughtfully curated and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

No.7 Healesville - House focaccia & Madeleine butter 5PP 🍞⭐️ - Local morel on pommes dauphine $22🍄‍🟫⭐️ - Tasmanian white asparagus with ajo blanco & sorrel $30⭐️ - Beef carpaccio di manzo with tarragon & capers $26🥩⭐️ - Zucchini orecchiette with house ricotta 🥒$38 - Portland Mulloway fillet with nduja butter, parsnip and herbs $45🐟⭐️ - Confit Duck leg on lentils with orange & crispy sage $42🦆⭐️ - Rhubarb clafoutis $18 - Leche frita with boozy orange sauce $18⭐️ Couldn’t stop raving about No.7 in Healesville 😍 We had such an amazing experience. The flavours were beautifully balanced and the use of local produce really stood out. The housemade bread came out warm and fluffy, and that umami-packed morel with crispy potatoes was chef’s kiss. The white asparagus was sweet and paired perfectly with the ajo blanco. Both the duck and fish were cooked to perfection👌 The orecchiette could’ve used a little more seasoning and bite, but still tasty. Finished with the leche frita, and that boozy orange sauce brought the perfect hit of freshness 🍊Would absolutely go back.

Exceptionally considered food, with a historically heartfelt interior. What a pleasure to be served by Spike, his kindness and knowledge made our first experience here very impressionable. Will be back with the homies for sure!!

I had really high hopes since this restaurant is in the Good Food Guide and has a hat. Unfortunately, the food was under-seasoned and the feed me menu felt a bit lacklustre – the à la carte options looked much better. Service was pretty good, but overall the food was a bit so-so

As we left No.7 yesterday, the young lady who had looked after us throughout our anniversary lunch farewelled us with “Thank you both for keeping me company this afternoon “. With that one sentence she encapsulated what had been a wonderful, very personal dining experience. The five course tasting menu was well-balanced, contained some interesting surprises, and was well paced. No wines by the glass on the list, but an opportunity to taste and select some beautiful, small batch wines that you won’t find at Dan’s. Interior design that impressed without intimidating. But ultimately it was Indiah whose knowledge, passion and personal service made us feel more like friends than customers.
