Maui's snack bar has it's own twist to what I know to be island food. It's amazingly delightful and very well proportioned. Their shakes are beyond this world. My favourite would have to be the Whittaker's Shake! Gotta try it!

Maui's catered for my daughter's 30th birthday this weekend. They were so very pleasant, easy to talk to and very professional. Their food was exceptional and well portioned. Would highly recommend them for any event you need catering for. Their traditional Polynesian food is a great taste of home

Their Whittakers Creamy Choc shake is TO DIE FOR. The service is amazing as well. I was helping set up and run the 4C’s program at Bunjil Place and I swear I always had something of theirs in my hand 😂

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not worth the price. Portion sizes were extremely small — not suitable for adult Polynesians. Even the sliders were child-sized, far too small for what’s advertised. We ordered one Maui smash pack, sliders, and two drinks, and the total came to $70 AUD, which was absolutely not worth the money. Food quality was poor across the board: • Taro was overcooked • Chop suey was overly sweet and tasted non-traditional • Curry lacked the additional vegetables usually expected in island curries • Potato salad was very unpleasant — sour taste, no egg or spring onion, and no Best Foods mayo The only thing I could eat was the corned beef, and that appeared to come straight from the tin. I read the positive reviews online before going and felt extremely misled. The food did not reflect authentic island flavours, portion expectations, or value for money. Very disappointing overall.
