We have Maccas as a family treat once a week and have been ordering from here frequently since they opened as they are so close and wanted to give them business after such bad reviews.
But we are done now.
The chips aren’t very full or very fresh and lack salt. The burgers are often missing onion or pickles or sauce. The drinks are consistently only 3/4 full especially the iced ones.
The staff however have always been friendly but I feel there is a lack of management.

I recently stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite, and I have to say, my experience was absolutely amazing thanks to Asher! From the moment I walked in, Asher greeted me with the warmest smile and such positive energy that it instantly made my day better. He took my order with patience and genuine kindness, making sure everything was just how I wanted it. When my food came out, I could tell right away that Asher put real care into preparing it. My burgers were perfectly made, fresh, hot, and delicious. You could honestly taste the love and attention in every bite. The fries were golden and crisp, and everything looked like it came straight out of a commercial. What really stood out to me was how helpful Asher was to every customer around, always making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. It’s rare these days to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work, especially in fast food. I truly believe Asher made my burgers with love, and it showed in every detail. McDonald’s needs more employees like him, friendly, hardworking, and passionate about what they do. Thank you, Asher, for turning an ordinary meal into an extraordinary experience!

I have ordered 10 chicken nuggets meal and i have been waiting an hour for it to prepare that is absurd bro in that time my grandma could run a 10 km marathon. Every single time ive ordered mc nuggets from this mcdonalds they have forgotten my sauce. How hard is it to forget sauce?????? my grandma had a better memory. Id rate this place 0 but i cant so ill give you a 1.

Shocking Service at Seaford McDonald’s!!!!!
I had an absolutely appalling experience at
the Seaford McDonald’s today.Firstly, the ordering kiosk wouldn’t print my code number. Fair enough, tech issues happen. But when I asked the manager for help, instead of sorting it out, they were straight-up rude. Excuse me, but that’s not my problem to fix—that’s yours. How does someone that untrained even get to be a manager? Ridiculous.
Then, there’s the toilet situation—an absolute disgrace. The flush barely works, and after one use, it wouldn’t flush properly again. Filthy, messy, and completely unhygienic. McDonald’s in SEAFORD, is this really the standard you’re happy with?
And to top it off, I experienced some pretty questionable customer service. After coming out of the toilet, I said “thank you”—only to be ignored while the staff member turned to acknowledge someone else instead. Selective manners, or just poor training? Either way, it’s not good enough.
Anyway, this has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Where’s the quality control? Is there no oversight from management at McDonald’s HQ? Because clearly, some of these suburban branches are falling apart.
SORT IT OUT! THANK YOU.
McDonald’s, it’s time to step up. Customers don’t need “happier”—we just need happy. Can you at least deliver that?

Day time staff seem to be fine, they make great coffees.
but I’ve been there twice at night close to close time, which I understand would be annoying if they’ve packed up early. The night staff were rude, 0 friendlyness at all. First time they put an unusual amount of salt and pepper (¿) in my partners quarter pounder, and this time there’s black (beard?) hairs in the bottom of my chips after I’ve eaten them. Hopefully a mistake/oversight and not messing with orders that come close to close. Now I’m paranoid 😅
