We ordered chicken dum biryani along with two varieties of pulao, and every dish was packed with great flavour. The biryani was aromatic and perfectly cooked, and the pulaos were equally delicious. Special mention to the owner, Rajesh, who suggested the dishes — his recommendations were spot on. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful dinner here and absolutely loved the food. The gongura flavor was so fresh and tangy—really authentic and comforting. We also tried the chicken and prawn dishes, and they were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and well-spiced. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Great service and a pleasant atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who loves South Indian cuisine.

I had a worst experience right here, the food tasted so bad , “ Does they Boss pay salary to staff? 🤨”. Coz we got raw food. When it comes to, service it’s worst. I think the girl who served for us “Suman” she is rude with customers. biryani’s and pulao’s taste so similar.. I will not recommended this place to anyone.

I wanted to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at PULAO PLACE @ werribee . Last week, I had the chicken pulao there, and honestly, it was the worst meal I have ever had. The dish was overwhelmingly spiced, to the point where it caused me significant stomach discomfort.
Everything was just too spicy, making the meal quite unpleasant. I felt it’s important to share this experience so others can be cautious when ordering, especially if they're sensitive to strong spices.

We visited this place on Monday. We have been looking for a nice place that serves pulaos and excited to find this spot as it has many familiar names on the menu.
Food was OK taste-wise. The rice felt a bit old but overall taste was better than many other places.
Cons:
1. Cleanliness could be improved as the floor was sticky; lots of food particles were on the floor and they started cleaning and mopping the floor after/while we were sitting there (opening time:12:00. We went around 12.30) which needs to be done before opening hours.
2. This place has the potential for good vibe. Making it more clean and fixing the upholstery will surely help to bring more crowd.
