Can’t seem to get any orders right. Even when you watch them type it up on the screen. Get home and everything I asked NOT to be on the burger is there ie. the cheese. Bloody hopeless.

Ordered table service, the person couldn't find the table. Same person had just brought food to the same table 5 minute ago... Also forgot half my order... Seriously? The docket was right on the tray that clearly listed what I ordered and they still missed half of it. Not returning here, crap service.

At the drive thru, they asked me to park up and wait. 10 minutes later the food comes out cold. Since the food came out cold how long was it sitting there? why did they get me to park up in the first place if everything was clearly ready to go? Unless they intentionally served me old or undercooked food. Thought I’d give them another chance after previous disappointments with food quality and customer service, what a waste.

Been coming here to maccas opalia quite often , and everytime The Food is spot on everytime, fresh crispy fries, Tasty burgers with fresh ingredients, everything else is perfect coffee, nuggets, the kids meals you name it, never messed up me and my families and friends orders This is very hard to find these days consistency!! and yous have it, great atmosphere and service, 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟, i Will be back

JUST MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH HEAD OFFICE!! This restaurant needs to train its staff ASAP! From customer service to food quality. This McDonald’s is a disaster. Cold food, half‑filled chips and sundaes with almost no topping. The staff aren’t trained, the managers don’t care, and the place is dirty as hell. Sort it out and DO BETTER!!
